At G12 Sports, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom basketball uniforms. Because our products are made to order, the following refund policy applies.

Custom Orders
​
All custom uniform orders are final sale. Once a design is approved and the order is submitted for production, it cannot be canceled, returned, changed, or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items
​
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide clear photos of the issue and the original packaging. Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders
​
If G12 Sports makes an error in the final product (such as incorrect design, size, or quantity compared to the approved order), we will correct the issue at no additional cost. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations
​
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

Errors in customer-approved designs

Incorrect sizes submitted by the customer

Color variations due to screen or monitor differences

Shipping delays beyond our control

Processing Refunds
​
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations
​
Orders may only be canceled before design approval and production. Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted.
